It’s a 2 axis head or a 5 axis machine, get it right?
Dear Steven, The HV-head is a continuous 2 axis head and in combination with the X, Y and Z-axis, it is a full 5 axis machine.

@@TornadowpI'd have to imagine it's full 5 axis, I think that's typically a software limitation and it'd surprise me if they wouldn't spring for better controls software on a machine that expensive.
It is a full 5-axis machine, so contour machining is possible.@@spazzywhitebelt

Love your equipment videos. Looks like phenomenal equipment. May I inquire why the 5-axis table-on-table VMC is dedicated? I can understand the axle solution as dedicated to an application with enough volume. Still, I'd think considering the market, a 5-axis table-on-table VMC would be a product mainstay.
It's amazing to realize a must-have function in reality.
It is an essential machine for our company. Drill a hole on the top and side of the product, work on the female screw, Lathe work is performed on the heat-treated race on the inside of the product. If all of this could be done with one machine It seems to be able to secure tremendous productivity and precision. But, as always, the high price is a problem. I enjoyed the video.

what metal are the axles made of? Malleable iron or cast steel.
Dear Rose White, The front axles are made of steel forgings.
@@unisignmachinetools Hi, Thanks you for confirming that. I've been arguing with some people who claim axles are made of cast iron! They see the forging line has been ground smooth and imagine the axles were cast iron! The twin spindle 6000 is amazing machine. Some companies are still making single spindle machines that cannot compete with yours.
